Refunds and Returns are on a case by case basis; within 30 days of purchase. If you receive your order and there is an issue, please contact us immediately so that we can fix the issue. Every order goes through a extensive quality process before shipping.

Shipping

We ship FedEx, and USPS. For custom orders please allow a 3-4 week lead time and a shipping time of 3 to 10 days. Once your order ships you will be provided with a tracking number. If you need expedited shipping please contact us first. Depending on where your order is getting delivered and what level of shipping you are getting, your order will arrive in 3 to 10 days.
